Jason, This Video is going to get a lot of views. That first Studio was great, imagine if you refurbished it. It would look awesome. Also those flybird studios would be a good investment. They are the sort of apartments that you would get long term tenants which makes the renting game much easier. Guys make sure you like and Subscribe. 5000 Subscribers in the next few days!!!!!!!!!!!!
Good morning from Chicago. Been watching you for a little while now and just subscribed. You're doing excellent work showing these properties! Keep it up
The first one had more of a community room vibe but the size was incredible. Partition out the bedroom area somehow and it would be nice. That pool table takes up a lot of space though. The blue one gives me a sleeping/hotel room vibe even when fixed up. Be a bit of a job to install a proper kitchen set up but it would make a tremendous difference. It just shows there is something for everyone.
Studio was fine and dandy Jason, I've never liked studio apartments due to being cramped up , but this didn't have that feel to it at 80M2, decent sized pool too , if I'm to be brutally honest, those very cheap ones would be ok for visiting a couple of weeks at a time (imagine having to spend a month there , and shitbox does spring to mind 😂). Regards from England 🍺🍺👍
Personally, I think that going through the trouble & expense to section off a bedroom simply wouldn't be practical & would actually take away from the unit. If it were me, I'd simply invest in a freestanding Murphy bed and mattress that could be more easily accommodated without ruining the layout or spaciousness of the condo. I estimate it would be less than a $5k investment in order to do so - while practically keeping the original grandness of this suite .
@@ratchfordgeorge: Oh, I see. Well, I'm not an expert by any means - it was just my opinion. I'm sure your solution is practical & acceptable to others as well! The condo is a wonderful size - you'd never get cabin fever in it!!
Well executed tour and video! Re: Heat... When I lived in Rio de Janeiro one winter, I was struck by the large number of Copacabana residents who were entirely nocturnal. Bars & restaurants were all hopping even at 4AM. This lifestyle could work in Pattaya, maybe? (A very worthy candidate for a video, once you get tired of schlepping around under a hot tropic sun...)
Thanks for the interesting videos. We live far away, in Trang. But good to look at other locations and we're gonna visit Pattaya again soon. Loved that video on the new/used bikes.
Hey brother I've been watching you for a while in Texas. I'm in Pattaya now. I've been here 3 Weeks already. Getting some dental work done. Just got my bank account and drivers license too. I'll be here another week at least. I'm going to bike week next week. If you're up for it we could get lunch sometime. I love Cheap Charlie's. You may know someplace better. Hide away is top shelf also. Great breakfast deal! I love the condo shopping! I'm looking to buy when i move here in October. I like the cheap ones that need renovation. That's what i do in Texas. I would consider getting two together and taking a wall out to make a good sized unit.
One quick video production tip Mate !! Never turn yourself and the camera so its facing an old guy in a Speedo on the beach😄. Its about time for a rundown of monthly expenses !! The good old how much it costs me to live in Pattaya Video .
First one looks the goods..and it's the first of all of the one's you've shown that I've actually sat down and thought ....what if?? I'm in Patts mid March...might need to have a better think
Bargains to be had, first one was nice, the 11k one was pretty basic but suitable for a mongerer like me, about the same I spend on digs when I’m out there over a course of the year. Can’t see me retiring there but nice to have if I can claw back a bit of revenue but it won’t be much I know…. Great vid and breakdown of costs 👍🍻
If you want, you can email me and I can put you in contact with the agent who can help and guide you through the process. goodvibespattaya@gmail.com Thanks Jason
Another place to find rock bottom priced Condos is in Majestic Jomtien ,and Nirun Pattaya but you get what you pay for .I bought a cheap Condo myself back in 2003 at JBC Jomtien beach for B400k .Mainly to have a base to store my things between trips .I sold it though after 7 years and got my money back plus a little extra .
The railings around the first condo's balcony seemed very low! Other than that, what a place. Love the pool table in there - so I wouldn't put any section walling up. The second place is not for me. It's like a prison cell!
Yeah agree, for me I would just update the furniture and make it modern with paint and nice furniture and what a bachelor pad, cool tunes & good vibes 😎
I'm sure there will be a high cost with maintainance fee while the pool renovation starts, that's why the selling price of 26sqm condo being so friendly, if you don't mind, are there more details about that? thanks Jason appreciate ur effort
@@MrDynamicMedia i sleep with the air conditioning on every night and during the day running around on a scooter in the sun it can be hot but shopping centres, cafes etc and a swim keep you cool 😎
That 80sm studio with that pool table is GREAT !!! Lots of space ! Furniture a little bit old school, but with some white paint would look like modern.
I like your videos. Are there any places for sale that you would consider rural or farming type? What about wooded areas? Anything away from the hustle and bustle of the cities? Thanks
I will speak for Jason regarding rural videos. no, none is available. they are too expensive to make, and I don't have the time or money, or inclination to drive all over issan for free, holding a camera.
You can still buy it. You can pay a 10% deposit and reserve it, 6ake it off the market...then pay balance and transfer into your own name when you arrive in May. Ask Jason
Canadian Questions: Always believed foreigners cannot own property in Thailand? How do you propose to purchase this property, being a foreigner, from another foreign owner? Are you sure the seller, also a foreigner, really owns this property? How can you confirm/clear the Title to this property?
Sorry James, I’m not a property agent but you can buy here and if you are interested, please email me at goodvibespattaya@gmail.com and I will forward to the agent. Thanks Jason
I might incorporate it in a video, not sure if I will make it a stand alone video. If you want I can let you know what I did via email goodvibespattaya@gmail.com Thanks
hello good morning,a little question ; the first condo at jomtien is possible to rent or is only for sale? and is for rent how much for one or two months? thank you and obviusly good job>
Hi my name is Tony from the UK I'm in Thailand at the moment I have a retirement visa so all sorted out. I'm interested in renting a condo in jomtiem I can only be spending about 10, bhat a month can you advise me on where to start looking kind regards Tony.
Hi Alex, appreciate the request but unlikely I will do a RU-vid video on it, however if you are serious and looking for something please email me and I can take a look for you, goodvibespattaya@gmail.com Please specify your requirements. Thanks Jason
WOW, talk about a sh!tbox, I would not let my dog stay in those two "bargain" condos, even with a fresh coat of paint. However, the big studio unit in Jomtien was interesting, ditch the pool table.
I'm very interested in the Angket Condo. I love the location and especially the pool table. Do I just call the number? I'm out of country right now, so I'd prefer to email. I'll email you for more info.
