Yup, she just has to refrain from being scared to say certain things out of fear that we won’t like something .. JL had to convince her to name the type of tacos they had because she thought e we would be scared to visit the restaurant based on the not so common meats they have available ... BUT there are definitely people like myself who like stuff like that and would actually make me want to try it even more

Before the quesabirria taco rage, there was always birria stew/soup (beef or goat) served in the Cali Mexican restaurants, usually on weekends only b/c it takes hours to cook. The soups are served with a side of tortillas, onion, cilantro, cabbage and lime. It would be on the menu with other sopas, menudo and pozole. The "pizza birria" is basically a birria quesadilla double stacked. In Cali, there are some places doing birria ramen. That's ramen topped with birria meat in its consomme broth. Also, birria burrito, birria nachos and birria torta.
Aside the food , that was awesome putting the familia first and foremost to begin the vid . That was an awesome way to get to know them prior to even eating here. The food is definitely made with love. Great video all around . Chee hoo

I can honestly say, being fortunate enough growing up with a diverse group of friends and mexicans in that group. That for me Mexico got hands down the best and most diverse cuisine in the world, dont forget that most of the dishes we see here are and in many mexican restaurants is streetfood, sold in carritos around in Mexico, they also have another form of cooking, with is their home cooking. But Mexico is a huge country and its also very regional, so there is a lot of diversity within the mexican cuisine from coast to coast, north to south! And a word of advice, never go to a mexican house full, cuz as soon as you enter the house a big plate of food will hit you cuz the moms thinks -Mijo estas flaco! hahaha Big up all my Mexican brothers and sisters! Arriba!!!

Hey 👋🏼 it’s your new favorite customer! I love the birria tacos and consommé and when I mean it’s thee best OMG ITS THEE BEST! The flavor and meat utilized for the dish is off the chain. Let me tell you them Shrimp Tacos mmmmhhhhmmmm make you wanna slap yo mama. The rice she uses smh omm nom nom 🤤 I mean popping!!! I tried all her tacos and they are slapping!!!!
