This boss is hard, really hard, we need to play very good for a victory.
This boss has 3 things that we need to deal with:
1) This boss will evade if we won't use summons at a portal's phase. We need to use Necrolord Ozzling or trinket from Dreanor (Mirror of the Blademaster) - just use them before a portal-thing and it will good.
2) This boss has a huge tank's debuff that can kill you if you can't do a mechanic, just use all mobilitys for it or kill a Kel'thuzad before this tank's mechanic.
3) This boss has very-very-very-very-very strong adds that can kill as in seconds by his attacks so we need to kill them fast, but.. boss will ress them if he will in a portal at a time then they killed so we need to kill them right after a portal's phase, instantly. And it's very hard to do.

I killed him at a 100+ try.
I used a Mirror of the Blademaster trink and full of defs gear.
Always do a mechanic with a tank's debuff because it will a 500% damage icreased debuff to you that can kill you fast.
Don't forget to use a Mirror-trink right before jump in a portal. If you want - you can kill boss'es mirror in a portal by one-shot trink - it will activate a last phase of the fight there we need all bursts that we have to kill boss fast as we can.
Just kill adds right after a portal's phase by Death's touch of a monk (I taked a tallent for it that can Aoe by this thing), as fast as you can or they will kill you. Also we need to use our ultimate saves for survivng this 2-3 secs - Banshee will do a tone of damage, same for Abominations.
Just repeat it 2-3 times and you will win.
