Come to kerala...southern most state of India...u will see professionals chefs in each household so quick and bringout the best recipes in jackfruit..chips ,dry curry, juicy curry, boiled one, sweet dishes.. whatever it is ..daily dish in tabletop of every kerala household in its season since it is such a chep and big in size and have tens of fruit surely in each plant. It can upto even 100 😂👍
Fresh ripe Jackfruit is so delicious! It's even better turned into a smoothie. Can't get enough of this stuff when I was in Thailand and the Philippines.

Itu buah namanya Nangka. Jika masih muda dapat dimasak sebagai sayur. Namanya Jangan Gori, atau Jangan Tewel. Buah nangka atau gori ini juga sebagai bahan utama sayur Gudeg, yang sangat populer di Jawa. Bijinya namanya Beton, bisa dimakan pula.
