IIRC, you were asking about hand fatigue tips? Just been watching the Dean Lucas/Ben Cathro interview and Dean mentions he uses physio pre-tape adhesive spray to glue his gloves to his hands before race runs - says it lessens fatigue and stops the gloves bunching. 6 mins in. Apparently, other racers do this too, so apols if you already do. (Really enjoying your videos, thanks.)
