It's a two!! It's a TWO!! I wanna see that shawl! LOL!!! Seriously though, those ones they said were "fingering" weight appeared to be sport weight to me as well. I love BOTH the "Swirl" and the "Gothic" rainbow... but I would use them for very different patterns. The amount of yarn for the price is **very** affordable, and I would order some in a heartbeat if I could afford it right now. So many really beautiful colorways! Thanks for sharing these! ❤

I love the black thread running through the entire cakes. Somehow it makes all the colors even brighter. So so pretty! That Stained Glass is lovely.

I have a gradient cake I have been saving for something "special". It is called "Flowers Moonlight" color# 3269. And it is 1094 yards of beautiful #1 weight, yarny goodness. It starts in white, and transitions from pink to deep red, and it has 4% pink metallic running all through it. When your new shawl creation hits your channel, it will finally be put to good use!❤

Hello my sweet Crystal! Happy Happy belated birthday to your older son and Happy birthday to your other baby boy! God bless them both! I can’t talk about my kids when they were younger and I especially can not see baby pics because I start crying every single time . My youngest son turned 17 on 2/12 and my middle son is going to be 21 in July and my oldest, my daughter is going to be 27 at the end of July! 😢 😩

I love the ‘Stained Glass’…❤ The Gothic Rainbow is my favorite of those three. ‘Fire Side’ and ‘Crystal Gradient’ are gorgeous…😻 😮…that Sparkle Christmas yarn is also very pretty…😍

So hard to choose a favorite from those gorgeous cakes. All gorgeous, but here's my super-faves: Gothic Rainbow, Artichoke, Stained Glass, and Sweet Temptation. Looking forward to what you make with that 2-weight. I have some salvaged 2-weight, but I'm just a beginner (a little over a year since I discovered BOD and started), so I'm a little intimidated working with such a thin weight. Love your unboxings! 🥰

I love her yarn!! I have purchased from her a few times. Rena is very responsive when you email her. I made a few baby blankets with this yarn. It is a bit hard on my arthritis but is so beautiful when finished!!

Wow! How can you ever pick just one🤷🏼‍♀️ Swirl Rainbow is my favorite rainbow. Artichoke is very pretty. Fireside would be gorgeous in a firefly fillet shawl. I like the Choco Orange best out of those 2 similar ones. Love Crystal's Gradient and the Stained Glass! And the sparkle Christmas is beautiful! I like too many to be able to choose just 1. So pretty, price is pretty much same as Hobbii on sale, think I will buy from her. I would go with 2 weight. I love the Artichoke. I love the tags, I always start different projects and it would be nice to label them. Please do some shawls, those colors would work up so pretty

The stained glass one is my favorite and I like the idea of making a blanket out of it. I agree they do look like a 2 weight. I’ve had thinner 2 weights than that. That’s not bad at all. You went up today from 986K yesterday, you’re 987K today. All the colors are beautiful, I couldn’t choose a favorite. I think the Wildfire looks a lot like you. Don’t complain about your videos being too long, we love yarn talk with bagoday. My fav rainbow would be the regular one I think. Oh my, I love Crystal’s Gradient too. Bling it up!! You may have to make more than one. I agree with your 2 weight. Thank you so much for sharing with us. I bet she’ll get some more business from this. I’m sure she won’t be disappointed with that.

I am a rainbow yarn lover. I am particularly fond of saturated colors, so even though I like all of the rainbow yarns, I would have to go with the goth rainbow. That little bit of black really does it for me. The rainbow with the white would make a nice baby blanket.

They are very beautiful yarns. Can't say I dislike any of them.

Gorgeous cakes of yarn, hard to pick just one they are all beautiful. I like sweet temptation, stained glass artichoke. But wildfire or rose is your color. Awesomeness of rainbow gothic. Crystal gradient DK might work best for you. That yarn is absolutely gorgeous. Yes 2 ply.

The polyester tiger inspired one was my favourite overall but I think a shawl with the sweet temptation would be so elegant. The Crystals gradient would make a beautiful baby blanket or dress. A Christmas sparkle would definitely make the perfect Christmas shawl. All the yarns are gorgeous and it was really hard to choose. I almost wore out my backspace key while typing my suggestion for the shawl.

Very nice cakes. Hard to choose but probabaly the one with orange and black would be my favorite. I looked at her shop, and on top of yarn she also sells dresses she makes, and the pattern is the Abigail fairy dress, which I had the pleasure of filming a video tutorial for, so the pattern has a special place in my heart and it make me love her shop a even more :) The prices are certainly reasonable. As a person who buys many cakes from small businesses I can attest that there are ones who cost A LOT more and aren't even half as pretty as these. Certainly a good value for money!

I think you’ll find you really enjoy working with the fine yarns once you get going on it. I know I did, it just seems so light and airy, and when you work with a lacy shawl, it just feels dreamy and classy. I know, a weird description. And the drape is beautiful. But let us know how you liked working with it. Oooh, that Artichoke colorway is gorgeous! I may order one of those.

I agree with you the Gothic Rainbow would be my choice. Choosing a favorite would be impossible, the color combinations are the prettiest I've seen. The stain glass struck my fancy and I think it would be a beautiful blanket. The one with the Victorian rose shade and the tiger one. Oh well I give up, I just couldn't choose a favorite. Can wait to see you work up one of the colors in a shawl to see how they blend. No matter the choice it has to be beautiful. I just love your unboxing videos, they are always so much fun.

Of course any of them would be lovely and could be worn at any time! 💕 If I were making a shawl (out of the Rainbows) for a special daytime function, I'd use the Swirl Rainbow. If it was a nighttime function, I'd use the Gothic Rainbow. For me though..... I really love the Rare Amber Inspired - but not for a shawl because I don't wear shawls - or maybe I should start!! 🤭 I'm not a shawl kind of gal, but that cake is just something special to me! I like the black and orangey one. I think that would make a really cool skull shawl for Halloween. I think a skull pattern could be worked with a larger hook for a more lacy- airy appeal. I think tassels with skull beads would rock.

You absolutely should make a blanket with the Stained Glass. I'm currently working on a square blanket with thin yarn cakes. For your upcoming shawl (squeal - so hard to wait), I'd pick either Cheerberries or Gothic Rainbow. Honestly, all of those cakes will make gorgeous shawls. Shawl breakfire. Gothic rainbow my favorite of the 3. Yarn looks like a 2. I absolutely love the fire one.

Radiant Bend will make such a stunning shawl, with the light color at the collar and the dark at the bottom. And that corn field inspired would be my second choice. Just stunning!

I had not heard of the yarn shop before so I popped in and the yarn is lovely. It makes me wish I was not grounded from buying yarn right now. The stained glass yarn is a good choice and I agree with you that gothic rainbow is the best rainbow.

Loved your indecission over the two browns. I'd say the lighter brown is a millk chocollate, while the darker shade is more of a Dark Chocolate. So you came have an even longer gradient to work with! Yeah, those were some really lovely yarns. Temps here dropped over 20 degrees and the wind is blowing about 20+ mph,, so my own Arthritis is screaming. I'll live.

I'd do the wildfire for a shawl, but any of them would make a beautiful shawl. I definitely think you should do a stained glass blanket for yourself also. 😁

Lovely yarn indeed! Those two with the dark brown on the exterior part, part of the cake one looks like chocolate brown, and the other that is darker brown. Reminds me of the colour of molasses and dark not black just interesting shade of dark brown. They’re all really nice Looking colour combinations, my preferred at this point halfway through is the avocado I’m very partial to blues and greens😊 I hope these work up very nicely for you in some incredible projects!
