I think extreme% in ktane is just every level because any% and all bombs do not include the last section of levels

bit late but any% is all bombs but without detonating after a solve, all bombs% is all bombs with detonating after a solve, and extreme% is all bombs except exotic with detonating after a solve.

The timer does not start until the lights come on. You are still able to interact with the bomb within this time, so you are able to defuse the bomb without the timer going if you’re fast enough.
