Thank you so much for purchasing Victure 1200Mbps wifi extender. So sorry for the problem caused to you. Here is the instruction of Wireless Connection. Please reset the wifi booster to have a try s instruction. Reset tips: poke the reset button, until it is blink red fast. Then wait the red light blink red slowly. Next, start the set up. Flash red fast means the reset function is activated. 1. Plug the wifi extender near the router 2. Join "WIRELESS-2.4G-XXXX or WIRELESS-5G-XXXX " in the wifi list of your mobile phone or computer 3. After step 2, the setup page will pop up automatically. (If not, go to the Google Browser via your mobile phone/computer and enter http: //wireless.net or 192.168.10.1 at address bar.) 4. Set the User name and its Password (this account is for entering the setup page after setting it up) 5. Choose Extender Mode 6. Choose 2.4g wifi or 5g wifi 7. Click "wireless scanner" 8. Choose your primary router wifi 9. Enter the password of your primary router wifi 10. If you want the extended wifi to be named as XXXXX-2.4G-EXT or XXXXX-5G-EXT (XXXX is the name of your primary router), then choose "The extended wireless network name and password are consistent with the primary network" If you want to set a new name and password, then choose "Modify wirless network extension and password". Next, set it. 11. Click "Save", then wait for one minute, the indicaotr light will turn into green. That means the setup is finished. 12. Relocate the wifi extender. Move your WiFi extender to other electrical outlet after initial setup which is halfway between your router and WiFi dead zone. Please do not install WiFi extender in WiFi dead zone where router WiFi signal is not available. Don't hide it on the floor, behind your computer or TV. Wi-Fi signals have an easier time traveling through open space Hope our instruction could help you set up the wifi extender successfully.
