This was the best and easiest video to follow. I could only use it as a skirt because I would get it all confused. Not anymore though! I'm wearing one of your styles and I LOE it so much more than just the skirt! Thank you for an easy tutorial and a few cute designs. I looked at a bunch of others and they were not as concise and easy to follow like yours. I needed to look cute as heck today and tanks to you I DO! Yay!! Thank you!!

I've had one of these for a few years now and just bought another one a couple days ago. I've only been wearing it as a skirt because I didn't know how to pull off the other looks. The girl that sold me my new one suggested looking on RU-vid for video tutorials so here I am. Yay!! Can't wait to try some of these out. I especially like the single shoulder toga style.

This pattern seems to be quite similar to the sari skirts from Darn Good Yarn. I have a lot of vintage and reclaimed fabrics, so I can't wait to make my own!

yes, if you make it with 1 1/2" ribbon you cut a hole in the ribbon and seal it with clean nail polish, if you use fabric to make the tie, you can make the hole using a buttonhole stitch, reinforcing the back of it with a small piece of stabilizer.
