Wrestling a team that HATES Me 

Can’t imagine these guys didn’t see how bad this was going to reflect on their university. Kudos to you and the team for handling yourself with class and letting your work speak for itself.

As a wrestling parent from Bismarck, I want to say thank you for being a positive role model. Please don’t let those few idiots spoil your idea of our athletic community. Keep doing what you do and I wish all the success for you and your team.

I love seeing people get humbled, thank you for another great video. I get a concussion evaluation next week to see if I can wrestle again or not. And to be honest I'm nervous because this is my 5th one, but seeing your videos still inspire me to do my best. Bismarck is North Dakota, hehe. I live in South Dakota and have been watching your videos for a couple years. You have improved by leaps and bounds and are kicking butt in college wrestling. I've seen you wrestle my old college a couple times. I wrestled one year at Northern State University in Aberdeen South Dakota, then dislocated my shoulder playing baseball the following summer so that pretty much ended my wrestling career. Keep improving and can't wait to see what you have in store in the future.

Wrestlers, What is a good way to get rid of fat weight? I try caloric deficits and cardio but most times i end up loosing water and getting dehydrated or starving myself to the point i have no energy. I weigh 147 and am around 18% fat, trynna get it down to 8% so i can wrestle 135. Thanks!
