There's a lot of room in that basement, I like that giant mirror and the punching bag. That mirror has a lot of future potential, would be cool if you did a submission hold where your opponent can watch themselves in the mirror as they pass out. I chuckled when you were yelling at her to get up and did a few kicks into the ribs. Perfect villainy there Lizzy 😀 Ellie could have used some beauty sleep from that sleeper. She deserved it if this laundromat story is true 😀. Should have kept going with villainy and kept the hold on a little longer after she tapped. I like your takedown and leglock when you go to lock the sleeper in. I think I'd have to try for a hair pull to escape. And one of these times someone will get you with the piggyback hand smother.
They could get me in the piggyback sleeper hold if they held on tighter lol but I think they are scared. This is the basement of the gym, but it's the room they instruct fitness classes( years ago I taught cardio kickboxing) The mirrors and punching bag do add to the awesomeness of the gym basement exercise room...free to the gym members when there is no class in session.

Fun video. Your camel clutch is great you need to work on the Boston crab I think you have to hook her legs under your arms. Watch a Charlotte flair or Chris Jericho video of them doing it. Do you have a chiropractor after all these matches

As said try get her or another female have a headscissor off, u take turns u got keep them in the hold 1 minute at a time or so and keep switching postions on the map or floor if possilbe thanks
@@comedylizzylizzy yeah remember any female can do this hold ur biological superior It doesn't have to be the strongest person just have to show how to do a classic headscissor on the floor straight legs with ankles cross and as close to the inner thighs as possible is the strongest hold, unless ur doing a reverse headscissor, but get the basic one first done, it looks better on the ground camera side on because u can see whole of the females both person doing it, if u can do it without trainers that would be great or even do it in socks because it enhances the cross of ankles straight and full length u can push up the legs and thighs once u got it right
@Forcestorm 411 That would be really epic to have a trainer or a referee to guide the whole thing. That sounds good. Socks, camera angle and working on good headscissor form.
@@comedylizzylizzy thanks for replying reason it works u can do it over a length of 8 or 10 mins and if u keep taking turns it 3 or 4 in video so once u have done it she can see it being done and by 3 rd or 4th attempt ur both be good, part of the challeng is for person in the hold to last to 1 min and the longer the hold goes on better, so don't do full power straight away it not a race as ur more experience slowly increase the pressure from mid and then keep increasing where as from ur opponent expect them to give it all from start, either of last female would be fine, and maybe once one has done it u can make it a mini series within ur channel so u can measure the different females, look If find a male who legit can do it that's fine, but it more comparison of u and ur female opponent
@@comedylizzylizzy yeah because socks or bare feet the hold is better the way the feet and ankle lock is better then with trainers on that's why, and it look better as well
Can u do another camel clutch like this? But don’t let her go when she taps. Maybe also do the choke hold then when she acts passed out put her in the camel clutch. It would be nice to see a camel clutch where u ignore there tapping and keep them trapped for a minute or two
Can you please do headscissors on your husband again and trash talk him for like 2 minutes but straighten legs so you can do the hold properly and wear runners for better grip please.
