@@bublyogre6306 he’s from Dagestan I think, but he admitted Bulgaria is his second home, and gave him so many opportunities, so he won the gold medal Olympics 86kg with Bulgaria. But he has competed with Russia in the past.
If you've ever been to a wrestling class, you'll know how uncomfortable and hard it is. But it's done like that because realistically, you'll find yourself in uncomfortable situations all the time in wrestling.
Not to mention you’ll find yourself in uncomfortable and difficult situations in an actual fight out in the world, like on the street for example, that’s really an understatement actually. You’ll be in an especially nasty situation if you’re being jumped by multiple people, and even more so if you have little to no time to prepare.
Respect these guys. Back in the day i had a chance to roll with one of these guys and it didn’t go well for me. Thought having a jujitsu background, it would be kind of easy submit him. Boy was I wrong 😅😅
I wouldn t make a chance at all with only a stand up back ground in Taekwondo and Thai-kickboxing. At work theres a guy from Kyrgistan and has a wrestling background he showed me one move and I didn t knew what I saw, since then I ask him to show another move but I do get him with some kicks but once you get in his grip is over with stand up hahaha It s too bad my body is hurt too much to actually train sure on this level and learn some wrestling also bjj but too much problems as a hernia l4 and 5 and my hips and also my neck... I have to work so cannot deal with being beat up everyday grrrr@@jr.l.207
Wrestlers are the toughest athletes out there. With years of basic training you’re a real threat… If you’re doing what THIS GUY is doing, you’re a BEAST.
There is nothing such as as the toughest athletes? How do you even measure it? Why is a wrestler more tough than a boxer? Than a Muay Thai fighter? Every professional ist tough in his own sport. Stop comparing
@@cs6064lmaooo his not trust me, even when he spar with comedian he get lift up by hip (i don't remember the name of that bjj move), that comedian was old and skinnier than brad, can't imagine this dude who's young and big vs brad😂
@@ZWPRODUCTIONS66 i will participate in some wrestling matches and the goal was to have a few amateur mma matches in the near future as well i want my mma style to be 50 percent striking and 50 grappling
Look I'm a boxer. Have been my whole life. Never wrestled but have wrestled and fought many wrestler. What I don't understand is every talks about wrestlers strength, but never talk about their speed. These wrestling fcckkers are extremely fast man
I have trained alot of different martial art and i think i was tough, until i started wrestling, then i understood how much of a pu**y I was, im not good at ut but i work everyday! Love it
@rajatmahaar12 We have better leg attacks. There's a reason wrestlers are so dominant in the ufc compared to other grappling arts. There is nothing wrong with Judo. In fact, judo bjj and such are all great martial arts, but generally, wrestlers are better. I mean, Bo Nickel just walked into a bjj place, steam rolled everyone, then left, and it took Gordan Ryan 20 minutes to submit him even though he had basically never done bjj.
@@Michel11.11 you're saying that because you are a soccer fan. I'm saying wrestling because of the discipline, strength, cardio, and it gets you familiar with combat for when you are faced with a threat. Wrestling is one of the most effective disciplines for defense.
It is impossible to defeat these Dagistani fighters. Those fighters have extra ordinary stamina and strength . They do not drink they do not smoke they don’t party . Their life style 365 days wake up early in the morning and climb those mountains, go to gym for exercise, fight all day eat and go to sleep .

That is something I have always respected wrestlers for. While they also hone their techniques and drill them Over and Over, they still spend time of Strength training and a lot of conditioning.
That isn’t Khabib 😂😂😂😂😂. Just because the guy in the video also looks like a Ewok from Star Wars, doesn’t make him Khabib or Dagestani for that matter.
What I DIDN’T hear and is also important is WHERE they are born and raised. I believe the region and its history has made them tough to even live there, whether you’re into sports or not. That mentality is ingrained in them and the training brings it out and sharpens it. Khabib would have been a beast outside of sports as well.
100% I wrestled. It was so difficult I decided to box. Trying to be a high level boxer is hard but does t compare to wrestling. These guys are different.
I had to watch that middle part in slow motion. That is incredible the way he does that. It seems like you'd have to be double jointed or something to do that. Very impressive. Give this guy some.training in boxing or muy thai and he'd be a champion in the UFC.
I was at my boxing gym the other day, and our teacher was trying to promote wrestling classes, so he decided that one of our sessions would be an introduction to wrestling. Now bear in mind everyone wanted it, and the gym's best athletes came, im talking about professionals, and people that can practice 4-5 hours a day. Nobody managed to finish the introductory lesson...
The worst person to pick a fight with is a wrestler they can take you down faster than you realize & the amount of ways they can tie you up and submit you or render you unconscious in seconds.
Wrestling is not complete If you pick a fight with more than 1x1, so your head can be kicked while trying to submit. Must train striking too cause of these situations
