Yeah I agree. I am not sure what the 'expert' was thinking when he came out with that suggestion.

@@WrexhamAFCfanzone He was thinking about money. there have been talks for a while now that PL league games would be play to some extent in the u.s. LaLiga already doing some of their games overseas. it will generate a lot of more money long term, by attracting more supporters in the u.s. which in turn would by more ppv of games and more kits and marchs etc... that together with brand sponsorship in specific stadiums in the u.s. it will in short generate a lot more money in the long run. that being said, I don't think they should do it, and while it might increase finances, it will dimorelize local long term fan base. no Wrexham fan want to buy a ticket and travel all the way to the u.s. just to watch their home team playing a league game. it will bring a lot of issues on the domestic side. i for one don't want this to happen even tho I would love to attend a game personally next to me in the u.s. but it would be bad for the "Real" supporters of the clubs.

I know money is the aim but still a suggestion that would create a lot of opposition. Like you said, us home fans would be furious at the thought of a game being played miles away that we cannot attend. Can't you get to any of the US Tour games?

@@WrexhamAFCfanzone ya, but it's not the same as a league games. Again, I'm basically against doing that. also need to factor the bad impact on the team with time zone adjustments more time flying and settle in hotels, all of that means less time on the training grounds.

I know! I am still surprised anyone would suggest it! I can understand for an off season friendly but not for a league game.

Yeah, a friendly perhaps but we are meeting them twice in the league anyway.

No link except of the celeb link and Brady isn't an owner either , not like Rob and Ryan.

No way an EFL league game will be played there this side of 5 years, or even ever. But money talks so you can't really write it off either. I think a friendly for American fans is a possibility though.

@@WrexhamAFCfanzone Agreed, an off season game is all I see happening as well. A league game played in the U.S. is out of the question. Same way the NBA or NFL would never allow league play in the U.K.

Yeah, it would be a killer and the so called expert who suggested it obviously hasn't thought it through. I imagine it would be bring cash in but at what expense?

I think the expert who even suggested that needs to look at the bigger picture. It would have been better had he just suggested a friendly.

Lets hope they know what there doing, sad thing is a lot of BRUMMIE FANS would love to see Ryan Reynolds either at St Andrews or The Racecourse Ground. Both matches in the US would anger fans. I wanna see Wrexham and Blues in the Prem as I'm sick and tired of these Elite teams. All the best Wrexham for the future.

Literally same thing friends and I were talking about yesterday! It's the same clubs winning titles and dominating the leagues. Man city probably gaining their fourth successive title this weekend and its becoming boring! I really wanted Arsenal to do it too.

Respectfully we don't need the money. Financially we are fine now. Not too sure on about Wrexham's finances but I imagine they're doing fine. All this would do is alienate match going fans
