In this video we explain how to create duct risers in wrightsoft. The first step is to make sure your floor plans are lining up correctly so that way you can select a Chase.
In residential we usually call it Chase, but in commercial mostly Shaft is the proper name. The Chase is the enclosure where the duct risers are located. Duct risers are vertical ducts that connect different levels of the building (house) to the system.
