"accidentally put two spaces" I remember getting a paper marked down in the 80's because I missed using two spaces. It is interested that we have typing class in high school, also. IBM Selectric typewriters in *the Typing Room*. Now we go find a 3rd Grader and ask them how to use our phones and computers. :)

Thanks Sharon! We recently purchased Microsoft 365 Family -- There is no Editor at all in the ribbon options. The prompt is featured with Microsoft 365 for Mac. Not there. So we need your help. Thank you.

I have Grammarly Premium and MS Word. Ever since I installed Grammarly when I write I get an error message that the end of a line (not a complete sentence, but when I move to the next line down) that the ending word on the "LINE" requires a "PERIOD." Is there a setting to prevent that? It's a real pain. Thanks and I enjoyed the video.

Hello - if you want to try Editor for free, you can download the Chrome or Edge extension: www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/microsoft-editor?OWTGT=EDDL0121&activetab=tabs%3afaqheaderregion3. There is a free Microsoft for Web version that you can also use if you sign up for a Microsoft account. Also, with the Chrome extension, you can copy into Google Docs and use the editor. If you decide you don't like it, you can remove it from your browser. I hope this helps! Thanks for watching my videos!

How do I disable Editor? I don't have 365 so I have no idea why I even have it to begin with.

Hello. You can go to File - Options - Proofing, then down to Grammar & Refinement settings. You can uncheck anything that you don't want the editor to check for. This will make it less intrusive, hopefully. Thanks for watching!

@@SharonSmith Editor still interupts the spellchecking process. I have to restart it 4-5 times just to get through the entire document. I still have the Editor score and the large side tab that opens up. The whole thing just gets in the way and slows things down. I hate it.
