I’m a fairly new agent when it comes to the FE field and honestly, this has been a game changer!! I went from cold-calling for endless hours to over priced leads to generating my own leads with his step-by-step set up he goes through in the course. I woke up this morning with 18 leads and 5 appointments booked from 2 ads running with a $30 budget. Average lead cost was $3.77!!! This is totally my jam. I have to hurry and get my license so I can set this setup for myself, lol. I’ve done FB ads before for other business. $45k in 2months part-time 🤔 impressive was there any charge-backs? And nice he pretty much had his own lead generation process which isn't easy to do a lot of testing involved. If you have a tracker you'll gain a lot of insight about your audience as well.
Timothy...yes 45k part time in 2 months is very doable with focus,leads, and a system. I do have a tracker I created for everything I do...I track daily,weekly and monthly...tracking what you do let’s you know where you can improve or where you are excelling so that you can scale

@@miloperrault2614 talking about chargebacks, it may happen down the line, I would always suggest keeping 25-30 % set aside in case your clients fizzle out.
