I've been a huge fan of Randy for ages now. When I first started writing, I ran across The Snowflake Method and ran with it. Changed my world. Now, almost 7 years later, I have a modified version since I can compress or combine a few steps. I just love him so much. Also, his newsletter is always chocked full of good information.
