When I was a child I had a pet chicken that liked to be carried around laying on her back with her feet in the air. If I sang she sang along. This was a "spent" layer from an egg operation but she liked a little girl holding her and singing to her and carrying her around on her back, lol. Experts sometimes think they are more expert than they really are. I learned that early on. Mary has been a in home raised chicken, being a pet and being around people does change animals from the way they would be if they weren't around people. Happens with bunnies, cats ....I'm not sure about reptiles because.
