This video explains malicious prosecution. It identifies the elements of proof required for an accused to make a prima facie case for malicious prosecution, on the federal and state level. Police and judges do not care about any of this. I was set up by police twice and the judge went along with it both times. The first time the police sent in a CI to unplug my clock for 10 minutes and then plug it back in. The second time, the police sent in a CI to refuse to leave at closing time. The second time, the judge told me that if the police set me up again, the fine would be $10K. The judge knew exactly what the police were doing. Then the police set up a bomb threat to search my building for drugs... they found no drugs. Then the police set up a blacked-out police car from Misouri at night to kill us. This is where police killed a child for carrying a Bible on a public sidewalk. Google Roger Holyfield. Police and judges are criminals.

Sadly, there are corrupt police officers and, unfortunately, judges. Believe it or not, there are police officers and judges that are fair. I know some, personally. I've been an advocate most of my life. Corrupt cop or not; corrupt judge or not, I'm not laying down. Best to you.

Go to any public law library, in any county , every county in USA except San Bernadino has a public law library.

I was arrested on essentially a no bond warrant because after I posted bail I remained in custody so that they could sell my home in a Sheriff's auction. When asked why I wasn't released, the sheriff's office replied that it was a clerical error. Was it a clerical error that my inmate pin wouldn't allow me to make calls from jail? Once released, the underlying traffic ticket that I was arrested for was dismissed but this wasn't until after the public defender tried to get me to plead to one of the two charges which I refused to do. The original warrant was manufactured so badly that they had to claim that a highway patrolman pulled me over when I was deep inside the city streets far from any highway. This was their attempt to pull it out of the jurisdiction of the local court system and get me into the big court system where the dirty judges were so they could see me suffer. I just happened to be going through an appeal at the time on a civil case where the details are so disgusting an obvious that they were trying to funnel money to their appointed estate administrator.

It would be great to be able to say the judicial system is always adequate and judicial officers are always fair. Clearly, they are not. We continue to challenge the system and oppose these unfair acts and rulings, not just to get relief for ourselves, but to prevent this same system from continuing to violate others. At least, that's the way I look at it. Best.

@@advocatelucinda Would you like to know why they keep doing this to me? I've had too much head trauma so I have some cognitive issues and I've been blacklisted for legal representation. They can do this garbage to me all day long knowing that there's nothing I'm going to be able to do about it. I'll bet you know about situations like this. The liability in these instances would be extreme and yet I can't get a single attorney on the phone with me. That situation has existed for years; I can't even get a personal injury attorney that's how pathetic this situation has become. In the recent civil matter they even perpetrated tried upon the court in order to extort me so after they got me to pay over $5,000 more than they could justify by Statute, then they voluntarily dismissed the case so I wouldn't have a case to appeal.

@@advocatelucinda NFL-Not for long. They have also taken away my sixth amendment right that even in the criminal action which they fabricated, I'm not allowed to have legal representation. I'm also not allowed to have discovery. Sure I'm making that up because I have nothing better to do with my time. The last two times that I was taken into custody I was held there until they decided to let me leave. There was no set time, it didn't matter if I posted bail. And the legal industry sits there and looks the other way. It's kind of disgusting, perhaps entertaining. Let me know when you're done laughing.
