There is a reason why his nickname is Speedy! He is the fastest on the team, and the reason he wasn't anything in his first two seasons was due to injury. He has been impressing not only coaches, but his teammates all year. He could easily be considered a number 2 or even a number 1 if he can stay healthy from now on. He has great ball skills as well.

In week 17 maybe the niners win by 20 .....but last week the vikings were clearly the better team....again....on that particular Sunday.

@@DaddyVRoy Yep that could be true .....Shanahan showed the Vikings D zero respect and it cost him. On that particular Sunday he was outcoached and the team was outplayed. Next time they meet it may be a completely different story. Life in the NFL is hard.

Yea me either, but when you have players on the team either stating it outright, or eluding to Superbowl this year, you have to start taking notice. And these comments came from some of our best players. I know that players say things like this to raise people's spirits, but when you see that they truly mean it, and now are showing the mindset it begins to make you believe as well. I think that we are going to have the perfect storm type of scenario for several years. If we can keep B-Flo around here for at least 1 or two more years, the Superbowl will run through us for a good long while. If I'm getting ahead of myself, oh well I believe in keeping the faith, but something is just different this year. There is a hunger from this team that I have never felt before. I started watching, in Randy Moss's rookie season.

What we got in return was way better because it came on multiple fronts instead of just the one. We have more flexibility and ability to get to the quarterback.

yes they do, they have the worst offensive line. we lost a salvageable SuperBowl because they couldn't win a double team on chris jones on the final play. we just lost again to the vikings after being blitzed every pass and allowing 6 sacks. worst. offensive. line. in. history.

@MikeinAustin when you lose three dbs, including at least one meant to start, before the first preseason game, there's gonna be some issues in the secondary.

@@jeff8366 Injuries suck but they are what they are. Houston may eat apart that injury leaden secondary. Hopefully there are a lot less injuries going forward and Jefferson, Jones, etc stay healthy. Twins were dealing with tons of injuries and fell apart this last month. But looked great prior. Gotta make sure players stay healthy!

i just think vikes D is just that good. 9ers oline have been some of the best groups in the league. they manhandled a good jets D last week.

Im just glad vikings finally have 2 bookend tackles after searching for any serviceable linemen for 2 decades. I think defensive linemen have improved so much that Oline hasnt improved enough. In comparison to a lot of the league, i think we both have above average offensive lines. if you watched the texans bears game sunday night. woof chicago looks really really bad on their line. Also a big believer in QBs and RBs have a lot to do with percieved Oline talent. Adran Peterson made a lot of mediocre dudes look like All Pros, and Case Keenum/teddy bridgewater back in 15-17 made our line look way better than kirk did with the same line in '18-23.
