All lives do matter it’s just that that saying was only used after the Black Lives Matter slogan was made. So basically it’s kind of like a protest to BLM and if you don’t stand for black lives you are racist. I don’t support the BLM organization cause they’re shady asf but I DO support BLM the movement because black lives are being targeted in the US and something needs to be done about it. There’s no way anyone can deny that. Plus if all lives matter than people who say ALM would be for BLM but they aren’t, for the most part, so at that point you have to understand they aren’t saying it because they genuinely believe all lives matter they say it because they have a problem with black people.

It's obviously not intrinsically racist, but It's mostly used as a response to the black lives matter movement, and in saying it you are invisibilising the whole BLM movement. It's not that black lives matter more, it's that they are killed way more based on the color of their skin, and the BLM movement tries to bring that problem to the spotlight.
