Good to hear. I've been interested in this game since I heard about it quite a while ago via Liz Danforth. It's great to see her and other classic M:tG artists doing the kind of art WotC doesn't use anymore. I hope this game takes off like gangbusters. I'm kicking myself for not getting in on the crowdfunded campaign.

Well, well. Now I just have to wait for my boxes to arrive! It's been a while since they kickstartered it, but from what I can tell they really care about doing a proper job with manufacturing and quality, you just confirmed that. Looking forward to more Sorcery!

Our Sorcery cards are now on a ship and headed to the fulfillment centers. From there, tracking numbers will soon be provided and cards will be in our hands. Can't wait!!

Glad I came across this. Saw a rant video of yours in my feed from your other channel. I briefly enjoyed MTG when it first came out. Aside from the mat, which when you need a fair amount for MTG anyway if it’s fun and you can pick up with someone straight out of the box as long as there are multiple strategies it looks like a great start.

Sorcery is easier to learn than Magic, Pokemon, Yugioh, MetaZoo, (FaB, Weiss & other similar games probably). The rules system is written with care and the 4 element system is like a simplified version of MtG. Hearthstone is still easier than Sorcery, but Sorcery is a great game.

The grid reminds me of Summoner Wars and Anachronism. Both are games that I enjoy. Might give this a chance but tend to play games as a group and not 1 vs 1. Not sure how well this game would do in a multiplayer format.

Eh.. its not even on the market yet. And I don't have steam. Or the patience to mess with all that. If it ever hits the market I may take a look, but as someone who started playing games like magic clear back when unlimited first released; Im not terribly impressed yet. I'll reserve my opinion for when the game actually phisically exists in an attainable form.

I was hyped for the game too but the way these things get started now is too frustrating for me. 1) U get NO alpha print cause you didn't know about the Kickstarter thing. 2) Time passes and there's absolutely nothing/no one telling u when it's gonna come out. 3) U live in Europe? You're not gonna get any of this. So, in the end it's a "fuck off" for me.

Those that backed their Kickstarter campaign should've had their cards exactly 1 year ago and they don't get any answer when they ask when. I see the cards on a shelf or nothing.

And another thing, do u understand that people need to see a product like this in shops? It's a game, how am I supposed to play it with other people if the only way to get it is sending an email to the other side of the world and have to wait months or even years to actually have it? I can understand that u say "They're working hard!" and I believe that but I want a date. And when the moment comes that has to be it, while all we're getting are pics and "soon" announcements and literally nobody working in the industry knows anything about any new ccg shipment coming to Europe. Except for the Kickstarter backers of course. Go on like this and the game is dead before its birth.
