Actually to be very honest with u illaoi is not a strong champion and is countered very easily. This is why her win rate is not good and no one plays her in platinum+ because u can literally walk away from her ult

@@Ken-lk1cg This is not in the upper tier, the trick with Illaoi is just to make sure that there's always a minion between you and her so that she cannot land her E. Her Q is very slow and misses very easily to side steps even before boots. When she presses R, the simplest option is to just walk away. To beat Illaoi either don't fight her during lane phase or punish her for every missed E. With this strategy she won't be so strong later on in team fights, she'll be a lot squishier and your ranged team mates will be able to take her down. She's the kind of champion who is only strong if you allow her to be through allowing her to land her skill shots. She has no mobility and gets kited easily yet she's also rather squishy and relies on sustain for fights, she also can't sustain unless she is landing abilities. Pretty much every champion in top lane right now can either just straight up kill her if she misses E, or farm safely while ignoring her to a certain extent whilst using minions as blockers. Edit: One last thing, if your jungler attempts to gank and Illaoi is full HP, PING THEM TO GO AWAY. Type if you have to, that jungler should NOT gank the Illaoi lane.

@@AbyssPriestess Her q is not easy to dodge not at all the hit box is way to wide to simply side step. I agree with running away from her ult but your team will just flame you for doing so lmao. I feel like you are underestimating how strong she is even if she misses her e still dangerous. I believe she is one of the champs with the least weaknesses.

@@Jun3bug any fighter especially juggernaut should 1v5 into the right enemy comp with a lead. Thats what the class is made for. Look it up on the fandom. They all have the same weaknesses of being kited vulnerable in some ways in their kit and rely on sustain and in return they got the tools to solo carry and duel most classes

They made the change to have knockup affected by tenacity in the preseason, but I'm pretty sure they reverted that a while ago; knockup/airborne, suppression, drowsy and a few others aren't affected by tenacity. From the LoL wiki: "Tenacity (or Crowd Control Reduction) is a stat that reduces the duration of all incoming Stun icon.png crowd control status effects except Airborne, Drowsy, Kinematics, Nearsight, Stasis, and Suppression."
