The big dude is Claggor. Vi and Mylo very quickly namedropped him in Episode 1 when they were talking about running from the Enforcers, dropping paintbuckets and such when Vi was giving Powder her peptalk about everyone making mistakes to comfort her.

Fun Fact: Mylo`s VA(Yuri Lowenthal) is Sasuke in the Dub of "Naruto" and "Naruto Shippuden", Ben Tennyson in "Ben 10 Alien Force", "Ultimate Alien" and Teenaged Ben in "Omniverse" and Peter Parker/Spider-Man in the MARVEL/Insomniac "Spider-Man" and "Spider-Man 2" Games(Not to be confused with the films of the same title of course)and Roger Craig Smith(Claggor) is the younger Bruce Wayne/Batman in "Arkham Origins", "The Dark Knight Rises" mobile game and "Batman: The Telltale Series".

To clarify the ending - Vi sent the message to the enforcers, the one Vander was given which went straight to Grayson.. That's what he realised when Powder turned up with bunny - Vi had rescued it and gave it to her as a reminder, as she was turning herself in. Vander had given her a speech about taking responsibility, so here she is doing so.

Fun Fact: Mia Sinclair Jenness(Powder) did her lines in 2 takes(Or "1 and a half" takes in her own words and this is her second animated voice role, "Fancy Nancy" was her first. )Funnily enough, both are USA/France collaborations.

I've watched a lot of reactors and analysts go through Arcane. Probably close to 100 at this point. You've got the right kind of on-screen energy for it. My only concern is that you listed some seriously great shows you're looking at--you may be setting the bar awfully high! BTW I think the less you know about the League of Legends game, the better your experience of the story will be. Whatever enjoyment one might derive from Easter Eggs, it's better to not know which characters have "plot armor."

8/10 is fair for this episode. It's easily the weakest of the series. Not a lot is happening, just a lot of worldbuilding and character relationships, but it's very important for what comes later.

@timhaldane7588 That makes sense too. I know alot of folks hate episodes in shows that takes a step back and does a little world building. I love it!
