I like how much Cecil moves his hands around during this. I wonder if he does it during recordings too

That's exactly how it should be: organic. Sometimes characters get together you didn't think of and vice versa (you planned to have them together but they don't want to be). That's the best way to write a couple.

May I point out that when being asked if Cecil has anything to add he says no but then he talks a bunch

Whenever Carlos was mentioned It was an opportunity to release the GAY

I really love the point they made in this question. It just kind of expresses all of the things I truly love about Night Vale! Also, don't you think Cecil's hands are brilliant? I mean come on, I get that he has perfect voice, but having also amazing perfect hands that seem to live a life of their own as well is just plain unfair.
