Wu Style Tai Chi Quan 吳式太極拳 Ma PuAn馬普安
馬普安 （1912-1999年），字濟群，
馬普安出身書香門第，其父馬潤芝（蒙古族名巴彥布，後從漢姓），是楊少侯早期的入室弟子。 吳圖南在民國年間出版的《國術概論》一書中說：「少侯執教京師（北京）時，得其傳者，有馬潤之（芝）等。」馬潤芝有五子，都有一身武功 ，馬普安最小，人稱「小老五」。 馬潤芝在馬普安九歲時，將他送至吳鑑泉家拜師習藝，是吳鑑泉早期入室弟子裡年齡最小的徒弟之一，吳英華、馬岳樑的兒子們均呼馬普安為“五舅”
Mr. Ma PuAn馬普安 (1912-1999), also known as Jiqun 濟群,
Ma PuAn came from an intellectual family. His father, Ma RunZhi (Mongolian name Bayanbu, later adopted a Han surname), was an early disciple of Yang Shaohou. Wu Tunan, in the book "Overview of National Martial Arts" published during the Republic of China era, mentioned: "When Shaohou taught in Beijing, he had disciples who inherited the art, including Ma RunZhi (馬潤芝)." Ma Runzhi had five sons, all of whom were skilled in martial arts. Ma PuAn, the youngest, was referred to as "Little Old Five." When Ma PuAn was nine years old, Ma Runzhi sent him to learn martial arts from Wu Jianquan. Among the early disciples of Wu Jianquan, Ma Pu'an was one of the youngest. Wu Yinghua and Ma Yueliang's sons all addressed Ma PuAn as "Wu Jiu" (Fifth Uncle).
In 1938, the Jianquan Hall was established on the top floor of the Youth Association on Xizang South Road. Ma PuAn always followed alongside Wu Jianquan, assisting in teaching students and serving as a director of the Shanghai Jianquan Tai Chi Chuan Society. He, along with Zhao Shoucun, Ma Yueliang, and Wu Yaozong, was known as the "Four Great Vajras" of the Jianquan Tai Chi Chuan Society.
