@@relayerrelayer8226 lol. I'm actually looking at another camera and a green screen, I think it would be great to see my face in perhaps a small screen in the corner
Yeah I figured I was going to like my newly bought Tool AA or EDC AA more but just screwing those open compared to the TS10 is such a big quality difference, and the overall feel as well. Also glass lens vs plastic, the button feels nicer, the clip is stronger, the list goes on! Wurkkos made such a great product, they are really innovating!
Aha.. here it is.. thank you for the vid J,.. it makes me harder to choose 😅, i'm interested in the silver one.. (still contradictive for me.. this, or the c8l i like.. and sc32 .. phewww..😅) Cheers
@@PiercingTheDarkness I just received a SC31 pro with 5000k and I am very disappointed in the tint. The tint is very greenish. Was thinking of purchasing the SC32, now that your comment states the green in it as well I believe I'll pass. Very disappointed that Sofirn got these horrid tint bins lately. I have an SP 35, 5000K and the tint is rather pleasant, the sunlight tint that it should be, not that horrid green. I might have to send my SC31 pro to get an emitter swap because the tint is so awful. Thank you for your information, it saved me some trouble with an SC32 potential purchase.
Thank you Sorry, I won't be. Can't review every model when I have other brands to review, also a flashlight business to run. I actually really dislike the body design of the TS25.
hello, how to completely remove the lamp? mine remains toujou lit orange, I can’t completely clear it, I just received it, if I click 5 times it expands but I can’t turn it on again then, I am forced to remove the battery and start again…. thank you for your answers … I have TS10 mini model 😅
Awesome flashlight. I have one. Changed the set down limit to 55 degrees. However, from turbo once it reaches the temperature it stepsdown to lower than high in my case. Not sure why. It’s supposed to step down to high but goes more lower for me. Anyone else?
It's because of the temp. The higher will be he limit the more aggressive it will ramp down to recude the heat. High also make it going hot, before with lower temp limit was going to high as temp was also lower.
@@Djinsoul i am thinking about getting something portable/smaller. I am thinking about ts10, I would love HD10 but there are some problems that's supposed to be fixed in a while wurkkos already spoke about it, right angle small flashlight with magnetic tail cap is way to go for me. Wurkkos td04 is going to me
Depends on where you live as to what you can get your hands on. For the testing here I used the bundled cell, but I do have the Epoch 9A from 18650batterystore or the Vapcell H10 is quite decent. The Epoch peaked just over 1500 lumens, but steps down very quickly.
I think I'm the only one who think this is just a little toy for kids. Low output and low runtime. Emergency light? No, cause it does not can use alkalines or nickel. It's cute and blinkies, that's all.
Yeah, this was back when I thought increasing the Anduril temp limit was okay for higher output. I now leave the temp at the default settings for testing. 1Lumen measured just 80 lumens at default settings and that's not great. We see this on most Anduril models due to the cheap unregulated drivers that brands like to use with it.
And oh, and what a toy it is! The TS10 blows the hinges off my vintage 1995, 4-cell D battery, Maglite! I had a two D-cell Maglite and remember how excited I was to upgrade to a 4-cell model. Back in the day, people thought these oversized, heavy Maglites were so cool! Even all the law enforcement people carried these things around, using them as billy clubs. And why? These 4-cell beasts could only manage a measly 98 lumens output of light! Even worse, the 2-cell models only output 27 lumens! Pathetic by today's standards, and really pathetic in those days too...yet back then, we were more tolerant, more forgiving and just plain happier with less. In reality, back then, the TS10 would be considered magic. Modern day Imalent MS18W 100,000 lumen monsters, with battery packs that provide days of runtime on low, run circles around the little humble TS10. Yet I still find the TS10 interesting. Perhaps the TS10 is just a distraction for me, causing me to take pause from ruminating over the constant onslaught of negative mainstream news. Or perhaps, it's my ability to see the TS10 in my 1995 rearview mirror and still see the magic in its technology. Points well taken, this isn't an emergency light and has low runtimes. You won't be able to use the TS10 to find your way out of a deep, dark forest at night after getting lost looking for a Sasquatch. But then again, I have an army of other flashlights for that task. Those negatives have no bearing for me. I find solace in knowing the TS10 is so small I forget it's in my shirt pocket, while knowing at the same time it can throw out more light than a dozen 4-cell Maglites when I need it.😉
@@polymathematics5837oh boy, I deactivated the response notification and I took 5 months to see your answer, lol! It's always a pleasure to hear from you poly, thank you very much! I was just disappointed to see how the BLF worshiped the TS10, what IMHO puts a shadow on very good lights, and I was confused if they elected TS10 as the best flashlight of 2023 just for fun, or if they were talking seriously...
