4000K, 5000K or 6500K? Which do you prefer (rank them if u r inclined to) and why? Trying to decide which to get. CRI is supposed to be higher with 4000K, along with better tint? I'm kinda unfamiliar with this rating for the LED, so any insight that would help me make my choice is greatly appreciated!
Out of the 3 I prefer the medium so i tend to go a lot towards 5K, but if I'm outdoors I like 6500k indoors I like 4000k and 5000k all around for me. I'm really not a tint snob I like alot of tints so I easily adjust to different tints, but if you like bright light with usually max lumens go 6500k if you like warm orange tint, basically natural sunlight, but compromising max lumens usually, go 4000k if you can't decide go in the middle and try the others later. I'm going to mostly use this outdoors, so now you're making me consider all 3 again after I thought I was down to 4000K and 5000k. 😆 Maybe I'll go with 5000k as you suggest since this will be my first quality flashlight. Only other LED I have is a Coast G45 so the TS21 will be a big upgrade already. But ya, I will use this 95% if the time outdoors.

Wurkkos ones have a low discharge current (10A iirc), whereas Milocel P42-A and Samsung 40T, 50E, 50G have 45A, IIRC. So I assume the Milocel and Samsung batteries will have a higher output (lumens, cd or whatnot), at the sacrifice of runtime? But I also assume they will have a better runtime than the Wurkkos ones when operating at a lower level (say 4/7 or 5/7 power)...
Samsung cells and molicel are excellent, wurkkos and sofirn cells are alright they get the job done, but if you have access to Samsung or molicel definitely my favorites
I Hated mine when I first got it, the pulsing and blinking was terrible, I was so mad, then the guys on reddit helped me out with the programming, now my flashlight will burn before it steps down from turbo, its way brighter and the pwm isn't all over the place. The factory programming is terrible but if you play around with it a little bit its a good little light, good battery life and great cri. Is that supposed to be the red version? it looks orange, i like that, if I had known that is how it looked I would've went with that instead of the black, I might get a second one in 6500k.
Yes it's the red one. Yes I agree factory programing needs work lol, when I get some time I'll calibrate it with a few others that are in need. But overall great value plus ability to reconfigure.
Keep in mind the 4000K is completely different from the 5000K & 6500K. While 4000K has nice tint and high CRI the 5000k and the 6500k have a higher lumen output but terrible green tint and CRI.
I have one in 6500k. The tint is not terrible. Some people may not even notice it, especially if you don't observe it on a white surface. On the lowest setting it's greenish, not too obvious, 2/4 is it's less green but rather yellowish-warm, at 1/2 it's cold, bluish white and it gets neutral towards the top. I work with calibrated monitors and colors so I noticed it but it's hard to tell in EDC and normal use. My other 6500k light is noticably bluer through the whole range. For that money you could get both and gift or sell the other one. Also keep in mind that the difference between 4000k and 6500k is 1000+ lumens. Mine came perfectly calibrated but the thermal limit was low for safety. If you bump it up the turbo lasts longer but it does get hotter.

Hey do you have or plan on getting the manker u22iii,either the sst40 I think it is the 2000 plus lumen model....shit or even the sbt90 would be cool to for you to review on here.but ya any thoughts on the manker u22iii it's looks incredible I'd love to see a review from ya .I'm debating on that or the lumintop fw21 x9l ,or even the if22a,but I'm leaning towards the manker u22iii the sft40 or sst40 .they also have the w2 but it's got no real world or edc use with that beam that's why I'm leaning towards the others.keep it up bud great work.
man i like the looks of this light allot but i wish it was only like 24 dollars for what it is but owell its a really nice looking light and i might still get it but will see lol i like the wurkkos TS22 as well so who knows
lol i really want this light but i also want the wurkkos TS10 so not sure witch one to get first lol but will see soon im going to buy it tomorrow so hopefully my best friend pays me what he owes me so i can buy both of these lights lol but will see lol
