Update: JP players will now be able to complete a request form provided by Kuro games. In the application form they can put in the form of compensation they would like, and this would likely be subject to approval. This is also only for qualifying players, not all of JP. But in any case it is nice to see they are taking seriously and like I said in the video I think this will put it all behind them. Hopefully this leads to better localization in the future for all languages!

what they also need to fix is the performance, I was playing just fine 60 FPS from launch day up to yesterday but when I logged in this morning, the game turn into a slideshow, it's unplayable now.
I'm having a blast playing this game but the only problem I'm having is the performance issues like when I launch the game it shutters and freezes and my ping goes up to 999 even though I have a good connection and a good PC Pls kuro fix the game this game has so much potential 🙏
Refund based on the amount of pulls put into that banner and strip refunded account of that weapon. Any materials used to level said weapon returned as well. Easiest method imo with least amount of anyone that might try to exploit the situation
First of i believe the company kuro should have a look at the translation affairs whether they should fire or hire new personnel that's between them also i believe the should do a recall if they haven't done anything about it yet
Tbh just buff the weapon, the first sulution is basically hey you get to play rng again, 2nd one isn't really gonna help because people who r5 it want their money back so.... its better to just suck it up and just buff the weapon so atleast players will be able to get their stuff they wanted as advertise plus us players gets a buff which is also good and everyone will be happy
There is real numbers on the "gacha game funded by whales" ? Because they are a extremely little minority where low spenders are the majority. Low spenders that take BP and 1-2 bundles every months (20-40$ average in total ?) are way more money that just a few whale with 1-5k each in a year. But I have based my analyse only on the behavior of ppl not numbers ... so ...

Don't get the whale argument a real whales just gets everything just to have it, it can be even a trash char, as long it's new they will get it. So esp for whales the output of a thing they can purchase matters way less compared to f2p or small spender
Connor, I like your content, but if you are going to do content on breaking news, you have to be more timely. The info you are giving out here is already outdated and therefore misleading and incorrect. Kuro has already resolved this by issuing a form for refunds in Japan to anyone who pulled on this weapon banner. They will get a refund of the pulls as well as allowed to keep the sword - which is more than fair. Even in Japan, it seems that the uproar is dying down by the time you posted this. It’s actually bizarre to me that the group trying to sue Kuro went to this seemingly as their first resort before bringing it to Kuro’s attention or attempting to resolve it with them in any way.

@@Phillipmurr Yeah, the email leak is bad. Their individual responses were not great. However, there is a ‘fake’ image of a supposed ingame email that if your astrite is negative you will be banned has been debunked. I think Connor should put out vids that are live unedited if he wants to cover this, as the situation changes fast and a 24-48 hour turnaround time doesn’t work for this type of vid
@bambowr6576 miss translation error in JP caused people to pull on the banner. Jiyan's weapon states it increases RS damage but the correct description is RL damage.
