Migraine tip! My neurologist told me if you take OTC pain meds (Tylenol, ibuprofen, excedrin) more than 10 days in a month, it causes rebound headaches. So you start taking more meds to treat the headaches caused by meds. It’s hard to break the cycle, and it hurts, but once you do, it’s really great! You can take Aleve for up to 15 days in a month.
That’s what my neurologist said too. I hate rebound headaches! I switched to Co Q 10, Riboflavin and Magnesium and it’s been good so far! Knock on wood!
Thank you for removing the music throughout your video! I enjoyed watching and getting ideas for my next grocery trip! My hands are super dry/painful. I've been trying different hand lotions with no success. I'm interested to know if the palmer's stuff worked for you!
You’re welcome! I didn’t realize it was so distracting. I put the palmers on today and it’s like oil. Definitely helps with the dryness, but I don’t be able to use it though out the day since it’s so oily.
@@dudelessranch802 i will have to try it after I have the baby because that sounds like heaven not having any migraines! Did you get auras with yours or just the pain?
@@ahealthierhannah8740 no auras with mine. Usually mine started as neck spasm. I did notice a connection to my atlas. If my atlas was out, I’d get a migraine in that side. Once I was adjusted, I’d feel better. We lose so many days of our lives to migraines that we never get back.
Girl!!! I am am with you with the jello. I only eat the one you like. The other one is not good at all!!! What is the bread you use to make your pizza? 🍕
Haha I’m happy I’m not the only jello snob out there haha the other kind is soo baddd! Haha I use naan bread. It’s in the bakery section of my grocery store. 🍕
Great tips! Didn't know about the cauliflower bites - I'm on blue too - @jenncooks on Instagram - I post all the points for Blue for the recipes I post every day
Aspartame triggers my migraines. It makes this journey a little more difficult. Hope you get those suckers under control. Just subscribed. Great content.
There are natural sugar options. Swerve is recommended. Stevie, Erithotol, ect people can sometimes have allergies via in sunflower catagory. Pyure is a good Stevie choice. Some brands add additives.
@@ahealthierhannah8740 it was a lot of pressure then hurt for about an hour. Then it was sore to lay on it for about a week. I averaged 5-7 migraines a week. I was on botox, relpax, amitriptyline, magnesium and still had migraines. I've had maybe 6 in the 2yrs since I got it done. Best decision ever, I got my life back and i dont take any medication. Child birth was way worse.
I’ve seen a neurologist since I was 12. I’ve addressed the daily headaches with my neurologist and since the time of me uploading this video I have made changes to my medication. Thank you for your concern :)
