I met Cody last year. He is the nicest guy, exactly the same as on tv. He was very genuine and humble. I see why he's so loved. I was not disappointed in the least. ❤
@@loresrichardson615 not a Cody dude. Man only got it because the fans wanted him to honor his father, not because he himself earned it. Not saying I wanted Roman as champion, but I can name a half dozen or so guys I'd rather have taken it from Roman
Section 106, row 27, seat 12. It was even better than I could have ever imagined. At 53, this was one of my great guilty pleasure investments into a lifelong passion that started with me and my Dad, who is no longer with us. This story aged well, my friends. This is something I will never forget, good times.
The things that our parents introduce us to tend to be the best for us, lifelong passions for sure. Sorry for the loss of your dad. May he rest easy. 🕊️💐❤ I am glad you were able to witness WrestleMania in person. Happy for your friend.
I'm a bit surprised they held it in an outdoor stadium. I know they have done that in the past but Philadelphia weather is not exactly predictable. It worked out but rain or even snow could have been a disaster.
@@kurtwetzel154 I think its more just done to costs and timing than anything. They never have a problem wrestling in outdoors as they have been doing it for the troops events for years.
I'm from the Lehigh Valley but am stuck down here in Nashville. Am moving back to Valley but not til March or April at latest sadly. Even if I was back home, I could never afford the tix. Costs too much. And FYI, Cody is married to a gorgeous black woman...Brandi Rhodes! 😊
Wrestlemania 40 at Philadelphia the city of ECW to me and all ECW fans out there in Philadelphia WWE should inducted 3 ECW Original’s into the hall of fame and well deserves Tommy dreamer Steveie Richards and raven all 3 deserves it ECW ECW ECW
Amazing it was. Some say it might be in theTop 3 of all Wrestle Manias. As I have to say that is some Manias back that I can say I enjoyed one of them THAT much. SO great job WWE!
I have been off and on with wrestling my whole life. They have taken care of a lot of people. I pray that the good guys prevail and they put out the message that the youth should be good. GOD bless and take care of wrestling and let them be a force for good in the name of JESUS CHRIST.
As an Attitude Era kid, I totally agree, but Cody is by far one of the best wrestlers in decades. Watching him makes me feel like a kid again, he knows how to get a packed arena screaming.
She was probably born after ECW closed, that was a long time ago. Plus, if she was an ECW fan, she'd know Tony Lukes is the Cheesesteak spot, since it's around the corner from the ECW arena.
When i worked in hotels back in the day ive met a lot of athletes and i was only speechless for 3 of them jake the snake roberts, gary carter, and warren sapp. I saw carter enter the door and go the restaurant. Part of me wanted to go up to him and say hello, but i didnt want to bother him while he was eating and that was the only time i had a chance to say hello
