Good Show, 11 matches look stacked on the card, and it's a one-match show. 2002 is the greatest year in WWE history behind 1997 and 2000, RVD/Regal is a solid opener, DDP/Christian is alright, and funny how Christian throw a temper tantrum after the match and I laughed so hard he threw a temper tantrum, Christian is the ultimate crybaby in 2002 and I'm actually not a huge fan of him throwing tantrums in matches or after the match. The Hardcore Championship match is bad, when spike pins maven, the hardcore championship change hands 7 times in one night. Kurt Angle vs. Kane is good, Taker/Flair is an underrated gem. Edge/Booker, Austin/Hall and the 4 corners elimination match all could've been better. Funny how Edge and Booker T starts feuding over the japanese shampoo commercial, Stone Cold vs Scott Hall is alright, Scott Hall is great at selling the stone cold stunner just like The Rock. There were 2 biggest missed opportunities of not having Stone Cold vs. Hulk Hogan and The Rock vs Scott Hall. I don't know why there were booking errors of the event? Rock/Hogan = 2 of the biggest icons collide, and 2 generations meet in one battle. Toronto fans were hot popping for Hulk Hogan, some toronto fans cheer for The Rock, and some boo, in the end, The Rock shook Hulk Hogan's hand and Hulk Hogan turns babyface to betray nWo. According to Chris Jericho, Rock and Hogan should close the show, Triple Threat women's championship match is bad. The Main event is actually good but it's the wrong main event. Y2J had a weak reign as the first-ever WWE Undisputed Champion since he defeated The Rock and "Stone Cold" Steve Austin on the same night at Vengeance 2001, while Triple H waited 8 months from injury to play The Game. I mean their match at Judgment Day inside Hell in A Cell was better than their WrestleMania match. Triple H winning the undisputed championship is actually a good way to end WMX8. People that claim that the Attitude Era ended after WrestleMania X8 or in May 2002, I think not because they had been whining and complaining about Steve Austin's heel turn and the invasion angle in 2001. In my mind, I think the attitude era still ended in 2001.
