~it's Beautiful Lilian, the sense of presence instantly captures you! Now I see Do-In as the beginning of a process, like waking from sleep, where you capture the day's breaths and run it through the channels of your body - and all other timing of the tides in your day will swing from that like a pendulum - or a plumb bob - as needed. As an athlete, and a disabled person, i am then going to stack the rhythms of my art within those breaths~
