The attack that Owl used when he's almost dead is very rare to see it even on X4, in X Challenge is worse because you have to be somewhat lucky to dodge it. Anyway, (as Ride Boarsky says when he takes damage with his weakness) Holy Moly!!! great job on this one.
Question, why do you not shoot the other boss while you're waiting for the first one? I noticed you held your charge for a long time waiting for your target when you could be getting free shots on the other boss.
4:08, damn, I played megaman x4 a little over 10 times already and I've never seen him used that attack as well, pretty sure it's new to the legacy collection though, or it's just a really rare attack I dunno
QPR yeah now that you mentioned it, I killed him using aiming laser 7/10 time, I'll hop into megaman x4 and see would he ever use that attack, thankfully my newest save file is right at the boss rush
ah, so it is in megaman x4, I got storm owl to about 30% hp and started jumping around until he used it, yeah it is in the original, you learn something new everyday
You have it when you enter a stage with only the buster. The purple saber allows you to hurt High Max, who would be impossible without special weapons otherwise.
