X-Men is an American superhero film series. Although based on characters from Marvel Comics, there are disturbing parallels between how the mutants in the series are treated by society and the treatment of ethnic and religions minorities today in nations such as China.
The series stars Hugh Jackman, James McAvoy, Patrick Stewart, Famke Janssen, James Marsden and Ian McKellen.
