X-Plane - EC-135 Crash after engine failure and loss of tail rotor authority. North of KTPL. 

Lost number 2 engine in flight, slowly lost speed and couldn't maintain altitude. Lost tail rotor authority without warning. At that point there is no saving it. Took off from Grand Prairie headed for Austin at MTOW, so helicopter was heavy.
