There's essentially a safety lock bar that creates that noise. That's what you'll remove if you open it up. Search up X-Shot Longshot internals on Reddit and you'll see it. It's the piece you press for clearing jams (also with a ring on the end that's the got priming bar placed through it).
When you first got the x shot longshot did it make a weird ring or ping sound after you shot it because mine does that and I'm trying to figure out if its broken or not.
Havent been into competitive nerf in a long time but man 252 fps feels like it would just straight up hurt, like not fun hurt to be hit by 😂 either way grest video and sick mods + paint job
@@QuandaleDingle5752 no simply because the included scar doesn't actually positively affect the trajectory. It's really just for looks. Other RU-vidrs have pointed this out when reviewing the blaster.
No but you probably should if you switch to a lot of the metal plunger tubes being sold as a replacement for that blaster. I ended up using Teflon tape to thicken out the stock o-ring
You can change the spring entirely or add another lighter spring with a smaller diameter than the stock one (double spring load) and any barrel with 16mm outer diameter and 13mm inner diameter will work for replacement.
