I agree, the same as when scoring a non stop section. It is there to stop riders gaining advantage.

Hey dude I agree so if they land a bit hard and the suspension compresses and they hit the sump guard do they get a mark for it if that’s the case damn that’s harsh

Very very inconsistent, especially on slippery outdoor sections, though, but as the youngest rider in that event, this being his 2nd podium so far, YES, he has an incredible future ahead of him! He's on the most deep-pocket manufacturer team, as well - that can't hurt either! I don't know whether he, or Busto, will be the first one to finally knock Bou off the top spot.

In Italian “fare fiasco” means “to fail” and is pretty common, in spoken language. I don’t know if it’s the same in Spanish, but because Italian and Spanish have several similarities, probably it may be, Ciao 👋👍

Leaning is when the sump guard of the bike makes contact with an obstacle at any time. I think it's to stop the rider resting at any point (they have to stay Ballanced at all times). Sometimes a hard landing can also be counted if contact is made (which I find harsh)

I could we giving them 1 point when they use the sump as a "crutch" - to support the big when making it over a big step, sure. But they are giving them 1 point just for BRUSHING against the sump where ZERO benefit (no leaning on the sump for support or balance) is gained from brushing it. In outdoor trials just BRUSHING against a tree with one's shoulder, gaining no benefit from that, i.e. not "leaning against it for balance" does NOT count as a point - so not sure why it would here indoors. That rule should change. Supported on the sump, but not merely touching the sump.

I would like to see him as first rider, not last. He always has the advantage of going last.
