Admittedly I don't think that PS1 result is as bad as it could get. It played very smoothly, for how slow it was. It would have been at like 3 fps if the game had been playing full speed. In fact, Tekken 3 running slower is probably much easier XD

It seems as if these systems are becoming much much more expensive, with less and less performance! Not cool! It's like since the gaming scene has taken off they're trying to grab quick cash anyway possible. At the expense of the actual gamers that they're suppose to be providing product to. What stinks is that there are tons of peeps out here that can't afford the new systems, and they buy stuff like this hoping it'll be a good deal and the kiddos will enjoy it, and it's just not so. That thing actually looks really comfortable to hold

It's a huge improvement over previous x-series, but oh boy, like Wicked always says, they had to screw up some things...royally. It feels cheap, but not too cheap. Very comfy to hold, but I REALLY don't like the analog stick, especially since it clicks in, but whatever. The D-pad is also pretty nasty, but works. The screen looks pretty good for the price, but NOT if you lean it just a little bit away from you, then it messes up immediately due to that viewing angle effect. Why don't they ever flip the panel so the "worst" effect happens when you lean it towards you (much less likely to do than leaning away from you)? But the two absolute worst things are the aspect ratio and the terrible button mappings. When you change the aspect ratio, as Wicked said, you change it for all console emulators together. That means you must constantly be switching back and forth between ratio settings, and in many cases, especially PS1 and arcade, you MUST accept the stretched ratio. Then there's the button mappings...they are all wrong for PS1 (and some other consoles too)! Both the handheld and the included controllers have the buttons cross/circle/triangle/square buttons mapped wrong! Thankfully, you can fix it, but you'll struggle to find the right "repair" configuration(s) becasue incredibly, the handheld and the controllers are not messed up in the same way! After you do find out the two different ways to remap, you'll have to do it THREE TIMES for each and every title (if you want to play on a tv that is)! Finally, the PS1 emulation is not particularly good. Most PS1 games, I'd say 70-75% will play fine, but the most demanding ones (the ones you want to play) will struggle. Bloody Roar 1 is fine, but Bloody roar 2 is too slow to enjoy. Tekken 2 is fine, but Tekken 3 is not. Early sports games are fine, but the later sports games lag and struggle with sound issues. I also had a lot of trouble with some the key Mortal Kombat titles...except for MK4, which curiously plays well. For the money, you can't expect perfection, but it's a shame because many of the worst issues are from bad software decisions. On the plus side, the design is very comfortable. Wanted to like this device but the performance isn't good at all.

I wish you would at least show the ps1 game list cause we have tons of systems that come with lots of lower end games ,but not too many ps1 games. They should really make a game that has all or mostly ps1 games. If they even came with 100 PS1 titles, that would be awesome.

Audio. You say Ou-Dio(like ouch), funny. We say Awe-Dio(like awesome). Also when you say USB you don't have to say "3 point 0" or "2 point 0", only if it's greater than those, like 3 point 1 (3.0) but we would say "3 dot 1" in the US. USB 2 or USB 3 says it all for those.
