Hi, all video files I tried to play are dark and picture looks louzy (to compare with my old TV box). And I could not find brightness settings in Android settings, not in VLC player either (gestures does not work, Cntrl+T shows Audio settings only). I am new to Android and this may be is stupid question(?)
Go to android system settings and you will be able to customize brightness and contrast. Search on youtube for brightness settings for x96 max plus. Go to droid/droid settings/hdr to sdr turn off.
