Thanks for doing this. I'm one of the many who have dealt with these type of people on the internet and it always eases my mind to know someone is giving these people a taste of their own medicine. It's therapeutic in a way.
The best solution is to leave these kinds of guys alone. From what I can tell this bully might be going through a rough life, bad parenting or other people bullying him likely have influenced his mindset to inflict that damage upon others. (Of course it can be influenced from just playing cod) Its just so obvious. He'll eventually mature and realise how stupid he was back then but for now you may just need to let the boat continue rowing, doesn't seem like he intends to change, its likely he satisfies himself off of asking people to end their own lives.
I can sympathize with that to an extent. But eventually he’s going to cross the wrong person who will do something about it. He’ll get swatted or raided or something similar. He may get DDoSed which can result in his family suffering from his actions. Letting him just act like this and ignoring it is only going to let it get worse before it gets better. People need confrontation when they act like this. Whether or not it’s passive or direct, it needs to be addressed.

Bullying is not always about how horrible the bullying is, but about the victim exacting their own revenge and taking it into their OWN hands? I got bullied when I posted a invite to play minecraft with other chill people. The post attracted 2 older boys. I was 12 at the time. They joined the party and at first seemed nice but then started making fun of my voice asking backhanded questions and when I answered I was a girl they bashed me so hard for it. I went silent when they kept spewing more hurtful things. They finally left but they started messaging me sexist phrases. Thats when I stopped doing partys or anything in that matter because it left me afraid that would happen again. It still happens in diffrent cases still. So i barely ever speak or comunicate in games anymore. It partially killed my spirit for games.

I once was in a public lobby of cod ghosts and for the entire game of snd, listened to a couple of pubescent teens absolutely ripping a kid, like literally a kid, he was 8. telling him his parents dont love him that he should kill himself so that his parents could be happy, really nasty shit. the kid was 8 years old man. the friends i was playing with all 6 of us reported them aswell as the kid and another guy and nothing was done about it. even emailed xbox a copy of the hdpvr footage and they done nothing. the next few days after it happened me and a couple of my friends messaged the kid a couple times just asking if hes okay and trying to be helpful towards him and never ever heard anything back. fast forward a few months down the line and i get an email from xbox and they basically said that it didnt violate CoC, despite the evidence. i cancelled my subscription, deleted my account and so did a few of my friends. never went back. xbox live enforcement need to get their shit together.
Truthfully, if he was continuously asking me if I'm dead yet whenever I'm not online a day, I'd just say "Nah I just have a life outside of the game." People like this pretty much tend to project their insecurities into what they tell their victims and I tend to be too busy with uni to have any energy to bother with them. Plus one of these days, he's probably going to come across someone worse than him.

So about the "wHy dID'nt hE JuSt BloCk hIm" it's because if you were listening, he was assumed to be doing this to multiple other people including the kids whole friends list, including the kid, if he was doing this to everyone he meets in game, and or gets beat by them in game, then he needs to be removed for harassment on multiple occasions, not banning him will just let him keep doing this forever, and blocking him only stops him from spamming you, what about the other people who don't think of blocking?, Then their just gonna constantly get spammed for who knows how long, and even responding to him every now and then will make him spam more, that is why banning is recommended, so he can't keep doing this, and harassing the Xbox community, (yes I know, my profile picture is not relevant to the current topic) anyway, I explained it to the best of my extent, yes there may be some flaws in what I said but, you get the general basis of what I'm trying to say right?, Good. It’s really good to see the vigilantes on Xbox platform doing what the mods should be doing. I’m very disappointed with the Xbox team because they really don’t have that many great mods. Most think If they see a message that looks in the slightest wrong, they COM ban the individual with no repercussions. The issue with that is, if a bully harasses an individual (such as this one) again, and again… and then the victim stands up for themselves and then the bully reports the victim’s messages of self-defense, and they get banned… I strongly stand by the fact that their mod team needs a wake up call. As a former Xbox Ambassador, where I was falsely accused of being vulgar, considering I… don’t curse(?)… the mods had sided with the harassing individual who deliberately t-bagged for attention yet also reported me for telling him what he did was wrong. as a result, they’ve removed me from the program for (Harassment, and Unsportsmanlike behavior). This is a very flawed system company with a faulty team, and it’s great to see content creators like you changing it for the better.

can confirm that the enforcement ban thing is screwed. often i get called things like transphobic slurs, insults, etc and when i report them nothing happens. but when i try to defend myself and call out people for being bigoted, guess who gets a week of enforcement ban? not the one who started the harassment of course! it's sad honestly. being a fan of Xbox since i was like 3 years old and this is how i get treated? i try so hard to be helpful and friendly but most of the time it just backfires and i end up being the one who gets punished for nothing. real bang up job keeping your community "kind and respectful," Microsoft..

Xbox live enforcement really needs to up their game, I mean there people like this telling people to kill themselves while people like me just getting muted from Xbox live for a week for saying f off to some jerk being jerk to me. Great video though, I like to see revenge on these people.
There is surprisingly alot of people like that when i was 12 i was playing halo 3 had a stranger grown adult send me a message telling me "you should just eject your disc snap it in half n slit your wrist with it" because i wasnt good at the game, this was in 2007 i laughed it off back then, but looking back now people just be psychotic

Because he’s a coward man. I’ve never been bullied online, not for so long anyways. Once someone starts getting upset and throwing harsh words around, I block them. But they’re all cowards. I’ve only dealt with bullies in person and that was during school. Strange occurrences though. See one of them was three times my size, yet I was still stronger than him and still kicked his arse. Most were bigger than me as I was entered into school when I was five and most seem to start when they’re six, so I was younger than just about everyone in my year level. But those bullies stopped picking on me when I finally hit puberty and got big. Why? You could say they’d matured, but no. They still picked on smaller kids and when I ran in to stop it, they backed off. Bullies are nothing but cowards man, and truthfully, you probably didn’t do much to this kid. We can hope that you did, but bullies know the effect they have on people. It’s why they do it, to feel better. Feel big and powerful. Next time the kid gets bullied, he’s just gotta block him. It’s what it’s for. Unfortunately, we can’t reach people online, so not much justice is passed because as we saw, the reporting function doesn’t do jack shit.
