Xbox Swatter sends a SWAT Team from a false 911 call. As far as the call went, it was about illegal firearms being kept inside a residence. But I do not have the current information. On Twitter, I received a DM from someone who claimed they were SWATTED. They claimed the person who called the SWAT team was the same person that made a TikTok about his deceased father to taunt him. As far as I understand (from what I heard from the party chat), the Xbox SWAT was targeted at someone because they had a speech impediment.
After reviewing the evidence over Twitter, I still had blanks to fill in. I was able to learn a bit more after talking with a potential Xbox SWATTER. Do I believe he was solely responsible for making the fake 911 police call? No. I somewhat believe the person who was blamed as the Xbox SWATTER. But he did tell me he knows someone that does make false 911 calls to SWAT someone over Xbox. Maybe that person was the one responsible? Maybe not, because the call was placed in Colorado. The Xbox SWATTER is located in Arizona. He might've gotten away with it with a VPN because the cops simply do not care. Cops never care what happens online, especially on Xbox.
From all the information I have, we know:
The aggressors told the victim to not sleep that night.
A SWAT team was dispatched to his apartment that same night.
The false 911 call came from Colorado, US.
The accused Xbox SWATTER does reside in Colorado.
The victim's address and IP address was leaked by the alleged Xbox SWATTER.
All of these things definitely make the alleged Xbox SWATTER look suspicious. But it doesn't necessarily say he did it. Besides, he told me he didn't do it and I was pretty convinced. But he did know someone who does, so my suspicions started up again.
SWATTING often refers to an individual calling the victim's local police department, and making obscene claims that would trigger an urgent response by the police, and dispatch a SWAT team to the residence. Often times, it's fake. But the police are NPCs that do not care once they realize it was false, unless someone loses their life. It can be a very traumatic experience to the victim. Depending on the circumstances, the SWATTER usually gets away with it as the police do not care and don't investigate something that made them look incompetent. This happened many times over Xbox and Playstation. Especially to people who would stream. Their address would be doxed and this would always get seen by a SWATTER.
