Gamepass is better if you are a CoD fan. Playstation gamers will be spending an addition $70 for CoD. Also, Gamepass has Day 1 releases.

Call of duty is the biggest franchise of the year so it feels like getting it free is a great deal but at its core, its not an outstanding game. It just feels like you're getting a deal

Gamepass ultimate is the only superior deal. The others don’t give you date and date release for console. Don’t know why they not mentioning this about the other tiers. That being said the whole tier system is a hot mess.

Max Scoville does not seem like he is a fan of PlayStation tbh. There's still things like game ownership that should have been addressed here.

Playstation is the better console because of the exclusives. XBOX is the more powerful console. So, if there were no exclusives, there would be no reason to buy a console that's less powerful.

Also if you have Nvidia GeForce now and Gamepass. You can play the PC version of those Gamepass games with the highest RTX card without having a souped up PC on any device. Sony could never.

As someone who has both consoles with both subscriptions X Box definitely surpasses PS’s sub service. I’ll be keeping both but the price hike is a bit much because they’re should be more games coming out for that. Hopeful they don’t continue upping the price but knowing how subscriptions work they usually always do 🙃🔫

Idk how Destin is so deep in the games market yet misreads so many things. Gamepass Ultimate allows you to stack beyond 12 months and the September date. Gamepass CONSOLE is being restricted on stacking to 12 months at a time since it’s getting discontinued.

Where Microsoft is making a huge mistake is not offering any special gamepass benefits. Like there should be gamepass specific multiplayer stages or characters in cod that you can only get with Microsoft just how Sony would do it.

The price hike willl be justified when Xbox releases their handheld. Then you will have gamepass on the go, maybe even able to play the day 1 titles. Xbox's strategy is not to win a console war, it's to win the war of being omnipresent everywhere in your life. They're already on your tv through the firestick, the next phase is to be in your pocket.

Gamepass is obviously better (even with the increase). However, Playstation has the better exclusives, but by the time these come to their subscription service most have the games already played. Gears of War is 1 of the best series I've played, though. Also, I'd say XBOX easily has won this year.

Overall GamePass still provides more “value”, but PS+ Extra is 1000% better than GamePass Standard. So GP better overall, but the mid tier easily goes to PlayStation now
