Thanks to you Pierre and all the team too, enjoyed the vlog again a lot. We can see how much ancient remains we have to preserve beside appreciating what our ancestors left for us. Prosit & Well done.👍👍
I used to live in Xemxija and that was my favourite walk. I would make a circle by continuing on past the pill box, drop down to the roman baths before going back up and afford the other side. Quite often in spring I would take a book and sit by the apiary or the first cave and read in peace and quiet with the lovely views and sunshine.
This is a fascinating trail, lots of interesting history, also some great views. we knew of it but never walked it. Thankyou Pierre, and friends for showing it to us and your knowledge about it, really nice.👍🇲🇹
What a lovely walk and great views looking out over Xemxija. Not only that you showed us a lot of history of many years gone by of Malta.Lets hope everyone respects the area and keeps it clean and tidy.Thank you for a excellent video.
GREAT HISTORIC VLOG🚶🎥 👏👏. Pierre you brought a few memories back to me - when growing up in St Paul's Bay, I remember few families and/or animals living/kept in those caves (1960ish). We used to call them "In-nies tal-gherien" (the Cave People). Like you said, the area is being kept clean - looks beautiful. That will be my first hike on my return to my beloved Malta ♥. THANKS PIERRE, Angelo & Vince. Cheers 👍 👏👏 👏 🇲🇹♥🇪🇺 ™
What a lovely, informative vlog. Thanks again for sharing. It feels strange watching it in Malta though instead of from Scotland 😂 I'll miss the weather and the Cisk, when I have to go home again 😢
@@PierreFarrugia Roman Baths were in the news lately - they're in Manikata and visitors are not allowed any more if I'm not mistaken. Take care Pierre. Cheers 👍 🇲🇹 ♥ 🇪🇺 ™
Wow this is amazing! I really appreciate this virtual tour cause I think that place is a bit creepy for me. Would still visit though if I'll have a chance. Supporting from the Philippines!!!!
Another fascinating, interesting and pleasant vlog Pierre.Thank you Angelo andPukka for this beautiful scenic adventure you all brought us.I think you all deserved a “beer “ .Out of curiosity, how long has this heritage trail been open. 40!years ago when I was still living in Malta I couldn’t recall that it existed.Anyway I found it interesting and enjoyable and next time I visit if my health allows me I will have a go at walking it . Where does it exactly ends? Grazzi hafna Pierre and lads ,you gave us a very detailed documentary about this trail.Look forward for your Christmas special vlog!🎄👍🇲🇹
About how long , I think more than 10years for sure, it ends on the other video of the valley at the roman baths but from what I know they are closed now.
Amazing video thank you Pierre and your team. I did this trail a few years ago, I loved it and it was so interesting. The views were fantastic from the top. I visited the Roman Baths below, though it was a bit overgrown getting down the path, but it well worth having a look. I wondered if the mention of the Manikata Roman Baths someone commented on are on the other side, quite a walk away from this track? Thank you again.
Very, very interesting. I would like to give a small suggestion. When you point out things please video slowly so that the viewer can see clearly. But Thank you so much for showing us our heritage. Very well done.
