Who did Melinda should have came from Xena or Mel may come from toris and who did Janice come from Gabrielle if gabby didn't give birth or Janice may have come from Sarah?
OMG this is so cute!!! I love that you used one of my fave Cranberries songs! And wow the way Xena looks at Gabrielle is amazing. There is so much awe there. 1:26 watching her with the baby! Aaaaww so cute!! Were these two a canon couple? I mean there seem to be a few kisses in there, so at least I'm guessing we were supposed to connect the dots even if they weren't a "couple". And wait...they are soul mates? A dyad in the force?? hehehe xD Also 3:48 daaaaaamn....that dance they are doing is sexy!! I love the scenes you chose for the "you're a dream to me" lines. I could tell several were dreams scenes, even though I have never even seen an episode of this show! lol also you really focused on how adorable Gabrielle is! Aww thanks so much Ash, I'm so happy you got so much positivity from this vid despite not watching the show! And that you love Gabrielle lol because I LOVE HER TOO, SHE'S AMAZING! XD As for whether or not they were technically canon, it feels weird to say they were never technically a couple because the subtext was obviously very clear lol and they WERE canonically soulmates (yes, a dyad in....ancient Greece! lol) like them being soulmates is constantly mentioned and there are so many storylines that have to do with them being destined to be together, they're always saying they love each other, they raise a child together (when the actress that played Xena got pregnant in the middle of the series and the writers had to scramble for a storyline, they wrote it as immaculate conception basically lol because Xena is obviously with GABS lol). But yeah the show wasn't allowed to full on say they were a couple, the writers were often forced to tone stuff down and tweak scripts but they did as much as they could do in the 90s I guess lol. If the show were on today there's no doubt they would absolutely be canon. Nothing in this vid is manipped, all those looks they give each other is real. IT'S REAL, YALL Lol anyway sorry for the rant, but like, this is IMPORTANT?! Lmao again, thanks so much for commenting, everything you said really made me happy!! xD

I def agree it was progressive for the time, which is probably why it's still such a cult classic today. The actresses even said they viewed X/G as being married lol so yeah def not just wishful fandom thinking!
