You using a fan term its just post ToP DBS Goku from an alternate timeline this stated by Bandai anniversary guide itself. Second of all he only won because of Silver UI since UI Sign was only on par with LBSS4 Xeno Goku in both the anime and manga. Third of all in the arcade Hereos main continuity he actually does better and forced Goku to use Silver UI from the start and does a little bit of damage but loses the fight in the end. I cover Hereos on my channel and you clearly lack important context and information since all you do is watch a 9 min promo anime which adapts the arcade story but sometimes leaves details out and not having any further information from Bandai and Shueisha themselves.

I remember telling you this before yet you still made this video there are multiple versions of Xeno Goku and all have different scaling. Xeno Goku in Prison Planet in the main continuity for the arcade, manga and anime is as strong or stronger than a ToP SSB Goku thats it. He gets stronger and stronger later but still is nothing compared to any of the Angels or Grand Priest. He also still can't beat Beerus Heroes producers made this clear as to why they excluded the GoDs and Zeno from the story.

A lot of the information I got is from other power scalers and it seems most of them agree that SDBH characters are OP. The issue is all these other scalers and RU-vidrs just don't have the correct information and are either misinformed or use things they heard from other places. A place you can learn and know a lot about Hereos is on Kanzenshuu in the SDBH fourms section but alot of these other scalers or RU-vidrs aren't aware and they simply go off of jut what they think they know or have heard. Some things about Xeno Goku can be correct in this video but only if it's a specific version or something's are taken out of context. I would have to make a twitter I will let you know when I have it I haven't used that in years and lost an account. Also when I say the information you used or have is false is not to be taken as a shot at you or in anyway in a hateful way it's just I pride myself on knowing a lot about this series and seeing information that isn't accurate can be frustrating of that makes sense. I have seen some other videos you made that are good so it's not in any way to be hating or discredit you or anybody like that. @@moodzi1322 Also one thing these scalers who think SDBH are OP is all opinion based with no actual facts or context. They take a statement or something said and they misinterpret it shen that isn't the case especially in the interpretation of the Japanese text. Heroes characters are not special they simply are as strong as the main series especially before Prison Planet depending on the arcs and characters. There is no Hereos character to this day that can have any chance against any Angel, Grand Priest or Zeno at all. Bandai also can not make a character stronger than Beerus without permission or approval from Shueisha since he is a Toriyama original character this is why Beerus isn't involved in the story. Also Heroes story is simply just them taking the main series and applying what if's to them and in some cases powering up villains. As well Prison Planet was written as a continuation to the DBS anime they use the anime scale as it's a story that continues after those events as characters get stronger and stronger. It's no different from the main timeline continuation like Moro and Granolah arc same thing there it's scaled after the events of the ToP and Broly movie with characters getting stronger and stronger and fighting stronger enemies. Xeno Goku in Prison Planet would only be on the level or above a post ToP SSB Goku that's it he still would be nothing in comparison to say ToP Jiren or UI Goku. It isn't until he gains his LBSS4 and becomes much more powerful that he reaches those levels of ToP FP Jiren or Silver UI Goku or even surpasses them especially in the current Ultra God Mission.
