@Heniku I agree, Monolith Soft really redeemed themselves with Xenosaga III. The battle system was the most organized, then character designs were awesome, the voice acting was amazing, and the graphics were great. And the E.S. battles. Oh how they were improved.
@EinherjarLucian Oh yeah I agree. But they could have introduced it better. Like, she could have started off with a wand and gotten the bow later. Because the Second game picks up where the first left off, so it makes no sense to give her a bow right off the bat. It was just a poorly thought out choice is basically what I'm trying to say.
From what I read, KOS-MOS did not self-activate in this case, but was activated by Wilhelm. Is this true in the Japanese version, because the US one does not suggest that.
@@procomxt It’s been so long, I don’t fully remember the details of this comment. XD I’d most likely have read something like that in one of the translated guidebooks, though. They have a lot of extra details.
I've heard XSII is terrible, but I feel like I must play it now just for the pretty. There's such a difference in graphics between I & II, it's not even funny. I'll forgive the silliness of KOS-MOS riding a modorcycle in favor of gazing in unabashed awe at her new chassis.
@sebasdiabloo Also MOMO's random weapon replacement. Like seriously, she had a wand in the first game and now she randomly has a bow? Christina Puccelli ends up doing a fine job as MOMO in Xenosaga 3, but fails badly in this one. I hated Olivia Hack as Shion and Colleen O'Shaughnessy as KOS-MOS. I missed Lia Sargent and Bridgette Hoffman as those two. I would not have minded the westernized graphics had they made characters look GOOD. Everyone is ugly in this game.
