Gigantic Meteor is better than uncharged meteor burst but meteor burst is still OP as it does 15K uncharged and its fast af

I think in the case of Elegant Blaster's benefits, admittedly more useful for PvE, you can freely move wherever you want and could potentially avoid a few attacks, like if they started something with a bit of wind up and reposition wherever rather than right in front of them. I wouldn't use it in PvP, but I feel in PvE content like PQs it's fine, but you can say that abour a lot of moves.

you should do these comparisons with other players to show us the weaknesses. for example, the other player would be able to recover from the stamina break and begin to snap, we can see when they do get up and adjust for timing.
