Hi world!
HO HO HO!!! 2008!!!! Is f* February but this is my first video of the year so I want to wish you all a very great and superb new year! Hell yeah!
Yes, yes , I know a lot of time passed since the last time I uploaded a video (and that I played... 24th November 2007!!!F*)
But we at my job just passed a very important stage with the deployment of a whole new software tool across the whole facility. That implied a lot (A LOT) of work, that kept me away of my drum kit and practically from everything else; like answering all the video comments, emails, MySpace , Facebook, Msn,etc.
So that's why I have been a little out lately, sorry.
Once again thank you all for the super-extraordinary support and feedback I'm receiving from my videos. I'll never say it enough: THANK YOU ALL! I really owe you.
And I read ALL the comments and emails. Unfortunately I'm not able to answer all of them, my apologies.
On the video: This is an important cover for me, is like a peak on my drumming.
This song is probably one of the best songs ever written, just plain amazing.
Since I started drumming I always wanted to play this song, but due its complex drumming it was impossible for me to reach that point.
I know the cover actually is not 100% perfect, but I guess with 3 more hours I could really nail it. No problem. :D I'm a happy camper!
Also this time the drum kit sounds a little different. To improve the sound of the toms I placed the mics closer and that make sound the snare too high and close...now at home I realized that the snare sounded like shit...sorry for that.
All right, I would like to tell you more, but I think here's not the place. Please check my blog if you want to know the rest of my little half-funny animated joke we all call "Life". ;p
