I, too, have the same issue with the elevator not moving to pitch up the model when the wings are swept. It clearly moves a significant amount when you sweep the wings in your video. Mine does not change the elevator position at all. Do I have a defective controller, or is there some other explanation for this ? I see that 2 other commentors have the same problem. Hope you will respond with some advice. Thanks.
Yes, you did do an hour long video and right at the beginning. You said it was for intermediate pilots just getting into EDF Jets-very bad move Jeremy for somebody as smart as you and as good a pilot as you, this aircraft needs respect with the wing loading it has and is not for anyone who hasn't had a significant amount of time flying jet, especially ones with very high wing loadings. The other thing is one of the best things you could tell people with this aircraft is.......DONT JUST PLUG IN AN AS3X RX to the plane because of the inbuilt stabilisation, which you will need to bypass if you are going to run an AS3X reciever (or equivalent). Exactly the same thing happened when the FMS reflex system appeared in the US -Spektrum Pilots really didn't think in many cases that you cannot run a stabilised receiver through a built in gyro, as it will end in tears, and you will need to either do away with the stabilised receiver or bypass the gyro. Either one will work. It doesn't matter.. I hope doing the dirty on the hand that had been looking after you for years was worth it-Watch your back with BH,
Im a bit confused , ive just put my B1 together and when i set my B1 up in intergrated gyro mode my elevator does not compensate with wings sweep is this normal as ive noticed in this video that yours does ?
Using hysol type of adhesive, you reattach the damaged parts back to the original location. The brackets will need to be attached with hysol along with the two screws to the top of the wing sweep connection.
Thank you for this great clip. It helps! - But I´ve now the problem after all settings the "automatic" leveling of the elevater when the wings sweep back doesn´t work. Same problem of the guy @paulmullen8316 described it three hours ago. I use a SPEKTRUM iX14. Have I to do the mixing manaully by myself???
